• Where do you deliver?

    $25 delivery fee Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens. Please contact us for any orders outside of our typical delivery range. We will try our very best to arrange your order.
  • What are your delivery days/hours?

    Summer delivery: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm. Fall/Winter/Spring delivery: 7 Days a week from 10am-7pm. All orders before 4pm EST will be delivered the following day.
  • Do you do same day delivery?

    For same day delivery please feel free to contact us at 646.596.9971. We will do everything possible to get your order to you.
  • Can i specify a particular delivery time?

    We will absolutely try to accommodate specific delivery times, but we do not offer a guarantee due to the many variables of delivering in an urban area such as New York City.
  • What if no one is there to accept delivery?

    We will attempt to redeliver once more that same day. If delivery is unavailable we will to call you to reschedule for the following day.
  • Can i update/change my order?

    Please give us a call within a reasonable amount of time from placing your order in order to update/change. We will do everything possible to adjust your order to your satisfaction.
  • Can i cancel my order?

    We ask that any cancelations be called in within 12 hours of your order's expected delivery.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    American Express, MasterCard, Visa & Discover are all accepted forms of payment.
  • How do i care for my flowers?

    To ensure the longest life of your flowers, please remember to change the water and cut the stems (on an angle) daily. Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight and extreme heat.
  • How long will my flowers last?

    Cut flowers typical last in the range of 5 to 7 days.
  • What exact flowers will i receive in my order?

    We guarantee that your order will be fulfilled to as close as possible to our descriptions, however a flower substitution may occur due to seasonal availability. Your arrangement will always retain our signature look and style.
  • What is your return policy?

    If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve the situation.
  • Can i order an arrangement that i don't see online?

    Absolutely. Please contact us with any special requests. We will do our very best to accommodate!
  • Can i come pick up my flowers at your retail shop?

    Yes. Please call us to coordinate.
  • Do you have a minimum for floral delivery?

    Our minimum for delivery is $75 plus applicable delivery fee and local taxes.
